Xiaodao Electric Vehicles | Crafting an Immersive Industry Exhibition Benchmark for National Brands with Tech Narrative
As the full-case design and construction service provider for Xiaodao Electric Vehicles at the International Electric Bicycle Exhibition, Limei Exhibition created an immersive custom-built booth with "National Brand · Tech Future" as the core concept, balancing large scale, technological texture, and product display power, becoming one of the most influential benchmark projects at this year’s exhibition.
The core challenge of this project was to efficiently present the brand’s full range of models, core technologies, and brand image in a large-area booth while creating a highly recognizable tech scene. The Limei Exhibition team took "future mobility space station" as the design thread, shaping the booth into a tech space that integrates product display, technical experience, and brand narrative, allowing visitors to experience Xiaodao’s brand strength of "powerful, energy-saving, and long-lasting" through immersive experience.
In spatial planning, we adopted a "central stage + surrounding exhibition zones" layout: the oversized brand luminous characters and LED screen matrix at the top form a strong visual focus; the mirror floor and linear lights in the central area create a futuristic main display stage for flagship model launches and presentations; the surrounding partition walls are divided according to model series and technical directions, paired with dynamic LED backgrounds and tech installations, allowing visitors to clearly browse different product lines. At the same time, we set up an independent technology experience area to showcase core technologies such as the "Long March Controller" through interactive devices, conveying the brand’s technical strength.
In terms of implementation, the Limei Exhibition team controlled every detail throughout the process: the oversized truss structure enabled the safe installation of the LED screen matrix and lighting system; the combination of mirror floors and linear lights enhanced the space’s technological sense and depth; customized tech doors and neon light effects restored the atmosphere of the "future space station". At the same time, through circulation design, visitors are guided through brand image, core technologies, and the full range of models, completing a complete brand exploration journey and achieving efficient delivery of brand concepts and product information.
The successful launch of Xiaodao Electric Vehicles’ booth not only effectively presented the brand’s full range of products and core technologies but also strengthened the brand’s "national brand" image through immersive tech scene design, helping the brand achieve high exposure and conversion at the industry event.
